A little more about me

I'm an American raised by a mostly-Peruvianfamily in Costa Rica. Having lived amongst such colorful and loud people was incredible, which is why I'm now in Italy. When I’m not working, you can find me grooving to Bomba Estéreo, walking around the beautiful Milan (generally towards something delicious to eat), and illustrating while in pajamas. I’m currently reading Life in the automated society: How automated decision-making systems became mainstream, and what to do about it and enjoying the perks of quarantine — aka napping and lots of cooking.

People-centered design calls to all my passions; it incorporates creativity and problem solving, it brings you closer to people and their stories, and it's ever-changing, which means there's always a challenge around the corner and something new to learn.
